Beyond the Surface is an indoor team-building experience focused on coordination, communication, collaboration and deeper human connection. Thoughtfully designed challenges ask colleagues to work together in unfamiliar ways.
Along the way, people often discover more about how they communicate, respond to difficulty and support one another. Understanding grows out of the shared experience, rather than being asked for.

Coordination games put people in situations where the usual way of working doesn’t quite fit. Teams have to adapt, listen differently and rely on each other to succeed, and that’s where the conversations start.

FEATURED CHALLENGE
THREE PERSPECTIVES. ONE GOAL.
Three teammates, each with a different temporary restriction, must work together to complete a task such as recreating a structure. Success depends on adapting how they communicate, understanding each other’s perspective and coordinating as one.
WITHOUT SIGHT
One participant cannot see.
WITHOUT SPEECH
One participant cannot speak.
WITHOUT HEARING
One participant cannot hear.
These are temporary rules of the game that last only for the challenge. Restrictions and tasks are adapted to each group.

Beyond the Surface concludes with the Gratitude Circle, a thoughtfully facilitated moment for participants to reflect, express appreciation and recognise the people they’ve shared the experience with.
